How long does it take to receive my item?
For customized products. It would tale between 4-7 business days to process the order and 3-5 business days for shipping.
How big can the image be on the shirt?
The printable area is 11 x 16 inches
What is the minimum image quality requirement for customized item.
Minimum requirement: Front/ Back design: (2400x3200px) - 150DPI Recommend: Front/ Back design: (4800x5400px) - 150DPI Attention: Low quality image might appears blurry on the final product
Is there minimum amount of items per order?
No, we don't have minimum order requirement. We do have bulk order discount. You can contact us through the contact page for more information.
Shipping & Payment Questions
What is the shipping time?
3-5 business day.
Who is the shipping carrier?
The shipping carrier will be USPS
How do I track my order?
We will send a confirmation email with track number with in 2 - 3 business days after the order is processed.
Will I recevie refund/resend if there is issue with my order?
Within 30 days after you have received your order. If there any issue with your item, you can contact us through the contact page, and we can assist investigate the issue. If the issue was cause Onoprinting printing process, we are happy to refund/resend the order.
